8 pain free miles!

Related Posts Plugin for WordPress, Blogger... On Wednesday morning, I ran 8 pain free miles on the road! How did this happen??? I do not know know. No lower back pain. No hip pain. No leg pain. Just 8 effortless miles, all done before 7am.

I ran over to a little neighborhood across the way and while I was doing loops, a fox ran across the street! I love when I see foxes on my morning runs!

Also, my new trail shoes came in the mail! My friend alerted me that they were on sale for $59 so I had to snag a pair! Aren't they beautiful!?

Are there foxes in your neighborhood?

  1. I love seeing wildlife. I dont believe I've ever seen a fox! Actually I dont see much other than the little critters like bunnies, chipmunks, etc. If I'm lucky I see deer but that's about all. To be honest, I'd probably be frightened if I saw anything else..haha. I've heard there were bear spotted on two of the trails I run on but thank goodness I haven't seen them there!
Congrats on getting that pain free run in!

    1. Well my back has been hurting on the road, that's why I have been doing treadmill and trail. This was my first road run in over 2 weeks!

  5. Uh, love the shoes... and I'd love to see a wild fox. Unfortunately, so far I've only seen turkeys and deer on my runs :) Oh, and squirrels... lots of squirrels.
