I did an insanely hard circuit a few weeks ago. I just have to share it with you! I thought I'd do a 3 mile run after this... needless to say I had zero energy and skipped the run!
Repeat each circuit 3 times!
Try to rest only after the entire circuit is completed 3 times!
Circuit 1:
50 jump rope rotations
40 bicycles
30 mountain climbers
20 forward lunges
10 push ups
Circuit 2:
50 jump rope rotations
40 squats
30 plank w/ knee tuck
20 backwards lunges
10 stability ball pull ins
Circuit 3:
50 jump rope rotations
40 high knees
30 burpees
20 kettle bell swings
10 stability ball passes
**If you're missing equipment or need to change/modify
