Meg Go Run Video Demo!

As promised, here is a quick demonstration of some of the different exercises!

Thanks to Paul for being my #1 cameraman!

:12 = High knees
:30 = Modified push ups
1:18 = Donkey kicks
1:31 = Plank w/ knee tuck
2:04 = Burpees
2:25 = Mountain climbers
2:58 = Jump squats
3:18 = Stability ball knee tuck
3:43 = Glute bridge
4:09 = Plank w/ row
4:56 = Bicep curl and press
PS. This was the easiest blog post ever. I didn't have to write anything! Don't worry, I'll be back tomorrow blabbing away!

    1. Stability ball knee tuck - this looks so hard! I'm going to try it this weekend and I hope I don't fall off the ball!

    1. If you can't do the stab ball knee tuck, just practice stabilizing yourself in the untucked position. Then work your way up to tucking. Even if you don't tuck, you are still engaging your whole body!

      I thought you would LOVE the plank/pushup/row cause you are so strong! :)

  3. Thanks for the video! You are in awesome shape!!! I love how the weather was gorgeous for you to do your demo. :) Paul did some really steady camera work! I did not know what "plank with a row" was called before and they DO stink!

    1. I don't know if that's what it's called, I think I may have made it up! I always forget about those, and I forget about adding the push up. But they are killer and are perfect for an at home workout!
