I eased off the running at the beginning of the week because my hammy was bothering me in Cape Cod and then my WHOLE LEG felt jacked up after the long drive home. That's okay. There was plenty to do...
Monday- 2 deck of cards workouts. I did the same thing as the day before but did it earlier in the day so it wasn't as hot. I was dripping with sweat due to the humidity but didn't get overheated. Winning!
Tuesday- Lifting @ Planet Fitness. Again, I felt pretty weak!
Wednesday- 3 miles. I tested out the hammy and the jacked up leg/knee and all felt good. I finished off with a deck of cards workout.
Thursday- A whole bunch of random stuff. I did a circuit I designed and two deck of cards workouts. It tried to have a good balance between high intensity and low intensity exercises so that my heart rate didn't get up too high. I did jump rope, burpees, bicycles, captain's chair, stability ball pull ins, donkey kicks, mountain climbers, and push ups. I felt like a noodle by the time I was done.
Friday- 6 miles. I felt great during my run albeit slow. It was hot but I had a good podcast to listen to.
Wednesday- 3 miles. I tested out the hammy and the jacked up leg/knee and all felt good. I finished off with a deck of cards workout.
