It is impossible for me to blog on vay cay! We are just doing too many things and by the time we get back to our hotel, I am too tired to sit down and write a coherent bog post!
We get home tomorrow, so I will have PLENTY of time in the absolute near future to get some vacation recaps up for you. In the meantime, here is a quick little vlog we shot while hiking to Cascade Falls in RMNP!
Enjoy!
Have you ever been to RMNP?
Great vlog! I admit I had to Google Yellow belly marmot to see what it was! Have a safe trip home. I bet you are ready to see Jelly an Chrissy!
ReplyDeleteThey are soooo cute. And yes I cannot freaking wait to see my babies.
DeleteI loved hearing your voice! What a fun trip!
ReplyDeleteLOL thanks! I know I sound like a teenager I can't help it though. :)
DeleteYay!!! I love Rocky Mountain so much. I'm glad you got to do some awesome hiking. Have a safe trip home and enjoy the rest of your vacay!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am sure you did a lot of the hikes we did. :) I will be talking in great detail about them soon...
DeleteWow! those rapids ( or stream?) look and sounds gorgeous! I hope you are having a fantastic time there!
ReplyDeleteI am not sure what it is but it was a force to be reckoned with! We are heading home tomorrow. We had fun but now we're done. :)
DeleteYellow bellied marmot! They are so cute! You love cats so you would also love these critters. :)
ReplyDeleteyou = the cutest thing ever!
ReplyDeleteBack atcha!!
DeleteAWWWWWWWW this vlog is the best! I love that you have a giant stick to protect yourself! Although I hope you wouldn't be too hard on the mountain lions, they are cats after all ;)
ReplyDeleteYou know what I said to Paul later on?? That I would beat the crap out of a mtn lion if it was trying to kill him BUT I would call a park ranger right away so they could render aid to the injured kitty. ;)
DeleteHahah that's so the kind of conversation Adam and I would have!
DeleteSo I am reading a book about all the deaths in RMNP and an 8 year old was killed by a mtn lion ON THAT EXACT TRAIL in 1997. Turns out they have to find the lion and kill it after that.
Delete:( The kid ran ahead of his parents in a meadow like part of the trail and it is thought the mtn lion thought he was a fawn.
It is sad because we are encroaching on THEIR territory. Humans and the wilderness don't always mix.
SOO pretty!! I wanna be there!!!
