Dear Megan,
Please do not stress/worry about stupid things anymore. Do not worry if your grass is mowed. Do not worry if your knee hurts. Do not stress about getting the right amount of protein/carbs/fat in your daily diet. Do not complain about getting up super early. Do not complain about being tired from teaching all day. There are a million other things in your life to be thankful for.
