What I Wrote Wednesday! (FLUFF!)

Related Posts Plugin for WordPress, Blogger...

Yeah, yeah, I know it's supped to be What I Ate Wednesday, but I am so freaking busy right now that I need an excuse to not write a long blog post with deep thoughts, "Aha" moments, and helpful information.

Today you get NONE OF THAT!!! Today you get FLUFF! And not even NEW fluff! Old fluff!

Here is a round up of some of the "fluffiest" stuff I have written. I tried to dig deep back in the Meg Go Run archives and find some posts you may have never read before. I cringe reading old posts, but oh well!

Stars Without Makeup!!!!

A Late Night Wal-Mart Date

I've temporarily lifted my ban on Weis Markets.
(FYI this was like 3 years ago... the ban has since been reinstated!)

Am I A Weirdo!?
(Do you get naked in the lockerroom?)

  1. This is a great idea for days that you don't have time to write a real post! I think anything I wrote for the "Thinking out loud" link up is pretty fluffy. I am thinking I will need to do one of those again because its been awhile!

  2. Haha! This is funny! I've definitely done a few fluff posts. I usually think any product reviews (which I've done) are pretty fluffy... but still helpful! Stars Without Makeup is pretty fluffy and hilarious!

    1. When I see beautiful movie stars looking haggard without make up on it makes me feel so much better about myself. ;) Although many of them look beautiful without makeup too!!

  3. LOL! I appreciate that you actually put a pic of Fluff on here! FWIW (is that For What It's Worth??), gym locker room nakedness OK. People talking to naked strangers in gym locker room. No! I draw the line there. haha!

  4. I clicked on the naked in a locker room post because I saw the word "naked" and I got excited. I think it's so great and healthy that you're able to be naked. So many people apologize for their existence. Andrew's ex only changed in the closet. :( And that's not a locker room! That's their bedroom between a husband and a wife, the safest place there is. Now THAT is sad. I don't mean sad-mean, I mean sad-sad.

    1. Aw that is sad. :( Yesterday I was running around the house in a shirt and no pants/underwear because I was in the middle of changing and I found cat pee in the corner. Well I couldn't continue changing until I cleaned up the cat pee apparently! I would say after 10 years I am very comfortable around Paul! Although pantless + cleaning up cat pee prob = bad naked. Remember that Seinfeld episode about good naked and bad naked? Coughing while naked = bad naked.

  5. My 10yr old has been BEGGING for some Fluff! I've written posts that, when I look back, I have no recollection of ever writing them. So weird.

  6. At one point we cleaned up our blog a little and deleted random "fluff" posts that certain companies asked us to write. They weren't "sponsored" posts and you could tell it wasn't really anything we would normally write about. We since learned our lesson and we don't do posts like that anymore!

  7. Regarding the "weirdo" post... I have never showered at a gym before but I would imagine to do so you have to get naked? I would use discretion and probably try not to expose myself to everyone in the locker room, but at the same time the locker room is there so you have a place to shower and change. I really think people are uptight about these things. If you don't want to see anything, just don't look, and if you do see something - well it's just the human body.

    1. I think it's strange to be uptight. I know some people aren't comfortable with their own bodies and may not want to change in front of others, but to be uncomfortable with others changing in a room designed or changing? Like you said, just don't look!
