Hey all, just a fun little survey for you today! Good news: Paul is filling it out too, so in a future post, you will get to read his answers! (He's funnier than me!)
1. What’s something you always wanted to do as a child but never got to do it? I always wanted to go to Sesame Place!
2. If you were in a witness protection program, what would be your new name and where would you go? Well, my first instinct is to say Colorado, but I feel like people would guess that I would go there! Same for California. I would try Oregon!
3. If you could rid the world of one disease what would it be? I suppose I would just have to pick cancer, as it affects so many people.
4. Who was your first celebrity crush? Macaulay Culkin.
5. Have you ever pooped your pants? (not including when you were a baby) No, thank GOODNESS!!!!! I almost did once on a run, though.

7. What song would you sing for your American Idol audition? BAD ROMANCE!
8. What’s the worst job you’ve ever had? I was a waitress for less than two weeks. I was sixteen and it was terrible. They didn't train me correctly so I didn't know how to do anything.
9. If you were about to be executed what five foods would have as your last meal? I listened to a podcast on this topic. It talked about what people chose for their last meal. It is very sad to think about and I kind of want to cry right now. But I will answer the question. Dirty martini, fried chicken, biscuits, coleslaw, and chocolate cake with ice cream on top.
10. If you could trade lives with anyone for a day who would it be and why? JonBenet Ramsey, so I could find out who really killed her!
11. Which would be harder for you to give up: coffee or alcohol? Omg are you seriously making me choose? I suppose coffee would be easier because I could replace it with tea. But it would NOT BE FUN.
12. On a scale from 1-10 what’s the highest level of pain you’ve ever been in? I'm going to say 9 because I respect the fact that I have never given birth. Although dry socket hurt SO BAD and so did my scratched cornea.
13. Who is the most famous person you have ever met? Joe Biden.
14. How many slices of pizza are you capable of eating in one sitting? Are we talking thick pizza are thin pizza? If it's a thick, legitimate slice of pizza, I could easily eat 3 pieces if I was very hungry. Which makes me think I could probably do 4 pieces but I would feel uncomfortably full.
15. If you were president for the day, what one thing would you change about the country? Well, I don't think the president can change anything in one day. But let's just say in this fantasy world where I am the president, that you CAN change something in one day. Ugh, this is so tough because there are so many important issues! What would be something I could change that would benefit the country as a whole IMMENSELY? Actually, the WORLD as a whole? I really don't know. Do you have suggestions for me? I am sure you all are smarter than me and would have good ideas... My first instinct is something that would slow climate change.
16. If you inherited or won a million dollars, what’s the very first thing you would do with the money? I would have to try to invest it really well so I could retire super comfortably at... age 45? Could I even do that with only a million dollars working for you in investments?

21. If you could bring one fictional character to life, who would it be? I LOVE THIS QUESTION!!! And I also think it's another one you all need to answer for me!

25. What is the weirdest scar you have and how did you get it? Well I'm not sure if I still have these scars, but I had two on my back that I got in kind of a weird way. The one I got when I leaned against a black light while I was working as a tour guide in a haunted house in a basement of a church! The other one on my back is a scratch I got while rolling down my friend Sherrie's hill in a barrel when I was in middle school.
26. If you had to choose to live without one of your five senses, which one would you give up? I thought long and hard about this, and I choose the sense of smell.
27. Have you ever saved someone’s life? Well, indirectly by calling 911, but it's the doctors and EMT that ultimately saved the life!

Help me out!
What fictional character would you bring to life?
If you were president for a day, what would you change?
Would you streak for 1 million dollars!?
How fun! I LOVE what you want to hold a world record for!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure which character I'd bring to life because as I sit here and think about the books I've read and the shows I watch, I'm thinking most of the characters were pretty annoying and I don't know if I could see myself being friends with them..haha.
If I were president for a day one rule I would change is having a 4 day work week and 3 day weekends. Why hasn't someone don't that already?....lol Okay, I understand that decision is not really going to change anything seriously when there are real problems to be had, but maybe people wouldn't mind going to work!
I love your 4 day work week idea!! Now I am thinking, year round school, but 4 day work weeks and every once in awhile, a 1-2 week break and 1 whole month of in the summer. :)
DeleteI love thinking about questions like this! I have no idea if I would streak for a million dollars. I am not worried about people seeing my body and that's not because I am totally confident with my body but in my mind, we all have bodies that basically look the same, right? Who cares. But getting caught and arrested...not sure I am down with that. I am going to answer your last question and say I would want to take Rick cross country traveling but can I please, please, please bring along Anthony Bourdain? He would know all the great places to eat...and you know how I feel about food!
ReplyDeleteYup, you see one bare ass, you've seen them all! Getting caught and arrested would suck but... ONE MILLION DOLLARS? :) Yes you can take Anthony Bourdain with you as well!
DeleteMegan - What a cool survey! The fictional character I would like to bring to life would be Theo Decker in The Goldfinch. That book changed my life. I loved the characters and story. The main character Theo is just so resilient. I truly admire that quality. and hell yes, I would streak for $1M.
ReplyDeleteand if I were President for the day, I would undo everything #45 has done and revert it back to what President Obama did.
Kristen
I have never heard of that back! I am going to go see what it's all about to see if I may enjoy it.
DeleteI voted Kristen for president!!!
