I love your blog because it makes me laugh and I am constantly learning new things. I also appreciate the group and the conversations we have. I am not sure if others sometimes struggle with this, but as much as I adore my friends, no one really has a passion for wellness & fitness like I do. It's so refreshing to connect with others that "get it". Thanks for being the one to facilitate such a lovely community!
This was too cute!!! I love blogging because it keeps me accountable for my training and allows me to bond with others who have done what I want to do or are currently training like I am. I think running bloggers are so positive and friendly! I love the community!
Ooh accountability is a big one. When I go to write my weekly workouts and there is no rest day in there, I realize I need to take a damn rest day or my readers will see me talking the talk but not WALKING THE WALK. :)
So cute that this is all handwritten! I love all the same things about blogging - it also seems to help me stay honest with myself in an effort to write honest blog posts. Seems to help me stay accountable for all my behavior, running or anything else!
You are very honest in your blog posts, Michele. I certainly appreciate that! In fact, I stay away from the blogs that are all show-y and I know they are just putting on a facade.
I love that everyone is so positive too! It's such an encouraging community. I don't have a lot of friends who run in real life, so it's fun to read about other people's experiences and learn from them. It's like an online running club :)
This was fun to read in your handwriting instead of typed!!! I agree on the meeting people and the positive aspect!!! Your posts are always inspiring or entertaining:)
I love the hand written list! I love the people and I enjoy writing/taking photos so....everything haha and I can't imagine NOT having a blog now that I have one.
I love how you did this blog with the handwriting pics! I love the connection with other people, and the creative outlet. It's also kept me honest about my finances, and the other side perk is it's led to a little extra income!

ReplyDeleteThe community is great. :) I hate to call ya all my "blends" because I really feel like you are all my friends!

ReplyDeleteIt IS like an online running club. Too bad we couldn't all go for a group run together sometime. :)

Thanks Kim!
DeleteI love all the people that we have met through blogging. Some of them have actually become "real life" friends!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome!
