Don't worry, you'll have my CrimeCon recap tomorrow and Wednesday!!!!!
Uh oh, what the hell is this?
Robert Redford wanted me to sign a petition about climate change and make a donation to the Natural Resources Defense Council.
Paul and I already donate to the Environmental Defense Fund, so I threw this away.
And then, I got a card from my girl, Hillary!
I sent her a thank you card in January and it was a thrill to hear back from her!
I also got some fun doodads from Etsy!
The first thing I opened was a key chain.
I just want to be in charge of my own body. No big deal.
And then I got my RESIST pin! I freaking love it! I'm going to put it on my purse!
It was an interesting mail day. My mail is normally not this fun. Normally it is Bath Fitter ads and bills!
Get any fun mail lately?
Love your goodies from Etsy! And what a sweet note from the Hilary Campaign. I'm still so sad about how things turned out. I order all our non-perishable items online so the last "mail" (package) received was napkins, toilet paper, windex, coffee and dog treats :) Better than using my time to go to the store to get them (I think...)
ReplyDeleteI agree completely!!!! Going to the store is time consuming. Where do you order from?
DeleteI love the pins you got :).
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately the pink pin broke off my bag somewhere in the Baltimore Airport! I don't have it anymore. :( The other is a key chain and is still going strong.
DeleteOh yeah! I love that this stuff makes you so happy. I loved seeing all your photos from the weekend on facebook. I'm waiting for Jake's birth certificate to come in the mail so that he can get his learner's driver's license. We went last week but his last name on his passport didn't match his last name on his care card because some people put a space between van and dyck and some spell it like this: vandyck. And his Opa lost his birth certificate when he took him on a trip so I had to order him a new one. No big deal, but you can imagine how hard it is for Jake to wait for this mail! Hes bugging me every day!
ReplyDeleteThanks girl! It was a happy mail day.
DeleteVan Dyck is a really cool last name!
Well, if Robert Redford was sending me mail, I would have to just give him money!
ReplyDeleteI never check the mail... the most exciting thing I received was coupons for wegmans... that I will forget about on my next trip there.
Aw keep them in your car. ;)
DeleteThey aren't coming at once, but I ordered some things all last week: two DVDs which I got, and one is a Father's Day gift; summer shoes for work; two tops for work; and next up is a bridal shower gift.
ReplyDeleteOoh you have a lot of fun stuff coming.
DeleteThat is awesome that HRC sent you a reply!
ReplyDeleteHey, I saw your blog comment and I wanted to let you know that I am currently out of the country and I can not text. I am only able to communicate via my iPad so if you have an apple product you can message me. Just wanted to let you know since you said you were gonna text me. I am not ignoring you.
Thanks for letting me know! Text me when you are back in the country. I don't have apple!
DeleteThanks!
