Weekly Workouts


It's been more of the same this week!

Saturday- 6 steaming hot miles. Wow. I didn't realize it would be so hot today. I felt weak during this run, but it was my fault. I waited until almost noon to head out and I didn't have anything to eat at all beforehand. I actually had a little upset stomach by the time I was done. It was totally my fault.

Sunday- Lifting back @ home. I didn't feel like lifting, but I was due.

Monday- 6 morning miles. Jelly always stretches with me after.


Tuesday- 6 morning miles. Awesome podcast to listen to! It was my very last Big Brother 19 podcast. It is over. Boohoo! (Now time for Survivor!!!)

Wednesday- 6 more morning miles... my workout recaps are so interesting, aren't they!?

Thursday- Lifting chest @ home. I was up at 3:30 and couldn't fall back asleep. Ugh. It was a LONG DAY.

Friday- Lifting back @ home. I woke up at 3:30 again. EFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. 3:30 am is when I wake up! I actually love it but if you don't go to bed early or are not used to is or just hate being up that early, then that totally sucks! Hope you were able to sleep in today. My workouts were different: Saturday/Sunday I did the eliptical at the hotel and Saturday we also did a short hike. Monday was off and then I ran 2 days, cycled one day and swam one day. Even though I don't love the eliptical it was actually OK. Helps when you have stuff to watch while you are on there for sure!

    1. You hit the nail on the head! 3:30 is fine unless you didn't go to bed early enough! I get up at 5:30, which some people think is super early, and I guess it is, but if I am in bed by 9pm, it is plenty of sleep. Did you on on vaycay, is that why you were at a hotel?
