ReplyDeleteI've yet to use a foam roller, but I think I may have to break down and buy one because my muscles have been pretty sore from running over the past couple of days...has anyone tried a pool noodle? I kid, I kid...kinda.
ReplyDeleteHaha!! You know my mom thought it was a mat. I sent her the link for the one I wanted on Amazon, and even after I got it out of the wrapper, she insisted it rolled out into a mat!
