  1. Love! Sometimes having that much on my DVR stresses me out. Do you think you will watch all of them? My current food is all new recipes! I have been having fun spending time in my kitchen and creating new things for us to try. My current excitement (but also a little but of a challenge) is changing up my workout routine and adding in a lot more time spent on weights. It's hard for me to let go of routine but it's exciting at the same time.

    1. It stresses me out too. There are over 10 Colberts on there as well! Augh! Yes we will watch all Jeopardys because we are still back on Matt Jackson's winning streak and want to see how he does. Then there is some Tournament of Champions on there that we simply can't miss.

I understand what you mean about having a hard time letting go of routine. I am the same way!

    2. Why do we struggle with change when deep down we know it's exactly what we need? It's so crazy!

    3. Because we devoted so much time to developing healthy habits in the first place! :)

  2. I really can't believe its already the holiday season! Lat year at this time we had already decorated for Christmas, but haven't even thought about it yet this year. And I haven't heard any Christmas songs yet!

  3. Wow... I agree with you there on Ben Carson. As a scientist, I really can't stand people who clearly don't understand the scientific method, but act like they do.

I am currently in bed trying to convince myself to go eat breakfast and get ready for my day. :-)

By the way...my comment got real messed up when I tried to post it. sorry about that!

  4. Currently I am reading the book (ok, it's an audiobook, but that counts) "Fast Girl" about Suzie Favor Hamilton. She's the Olympic runner turned Las Vegas call girl. VERY interesting! I agree - Survivor has been good this season. Looking forward to watching it tonight.

  5. I once waxed my eyebrows and I got a major rash. So sad. I'm so glad you have such a great family that helps with driving Paul. Just knowing you're not alone, is comforting too.

    1. Owww :( That is no fun. I have bled before but no rashes.

Yes it is so comforting to have people who WANT to help and pretty much fight over who gets to take him. :)

  6. Wait Ben Carson actually SAID that? For real? Oh, there just aren't enough facepalms...

LOL at the DVR thing...you want to know how many episodes of Full House are backlogged on my DVR? I'll give you a hint: it's more than 3x the number of Jeopardys you have.

  7. I seriously wish I could post a picture of how many Jeopardy’s we have DVRed just waiting to be watched! Somewhere around 15-20!

I am LOVING Survivor… how about Joe winning all of the challenges?

Current excitement: Me and a few of my girlfriends signed up for a wine and paint night at our local running store. It’s in a couple weeks, but I am SOOOOOOO excited for a girls night out!

    1. That will be FUN!! I'm glad you have something scheduled with your girlfriends. :)

I think I am the only one is not infatuated with Joe. I am not rooting for him. I think it was dumb for him to start winning challenges because as soon as he loses, he is GONE.

  8. I suppose there are many different types of gifts and facets to one's intelligence! He has to be a smart guy if he was a freaking NEUROSURGEON, that is why it is so surprising all that dumb stuff that comes out of his mouth!
