A Thought For Today
You don't reach your goals by making one positive action. You don't reach them by making two positive actions. You reach your goals by consistently choosing positive actions over a period of time. Possibly a LONG period of time.
When I refer to positive actions, I am referring to actions that put you closer to reaching your goal. Choosing negative actions, or NO action at all does not put you on the path toward your goal.
This does not mean that there can't be breaks, treats, mornings you shut off the alarm, days you skip a workout, donuts, beer, ice cream, Dirty Martinis, etc.... It just means that when you add it all up, you do MORE of the stuff that will help you reach your goal than the stuff that won't.
Oh, and you do this consistently for a long time.
So what do you say???? Are you in it for the long haul??
What positive action(s) will you take TODAY that will help you reach your goal?
