Weekly Workouts!

40 miles this week!!!! I have been running a lot... I should be lifting more. But I'm just feeling the running right now!

Saturday- 6 mile progression run on the treadmill

Sunday- 6 mile progression run on the treadmill.

Monday- 6 mile progression run on the treadmill. I was supposed to lift. I was going to do 4 miles then lift a little, but I just wanted to keep running...

Tuesday- 4 slow treadmill miles and lifting. I got ZERO sleep the night before. This was rough.



Wednesday- 6 cold neighborhood miles. For some reason, my back hasn't been hurting on the road. But now that I typed this sentence, it will.

Thursday- 6 neighborhood miles. My back felt fine!

Friday-  6 miles at the gym. I was hoping for a two hour delay and I got one! We're supposed to get more snow on Saturday night, so if I want to run trail this weekend, it's going to have to be Saturday!

How were your workouts this week?

  1. Lucky! We didnt get any delay, but our little bit of snow melted as soon as it landed! We do have off Monday though, so yay!
