ReplyDeleteChristmas is just pissed about his diet. He's trying to convince me 17.5lbs is a healthy weight for a cat...
DeleteAwww my mom's cat reached 24lbs before they realized he had a thyroid problem. Have you had Christmas tested? Or does he just really like to eat? :)
DeleteHe's like his momma, he just loooooves to eat! Plus, as you can prob tell, he is part Maine Coon, and those cats are huge. So he is actually a big cat to begin with. The vet thinks he should be 15lbs, but the only time he was 15lbs (besides when he was passing 15lbs on his way up to 19.5lbs) was when he was sick with a fever for 3 weeks and even had to spend some nights at the animal emergency center. He looked soooo skinny wen he was only 15lbs. I am thinking if we can get him to 16 he will be perfect.

DeleteI'm actually way more of a dog person (don't hate me) but I find all things cat related hilarious! Dogs are cute but cats amuse me like no other. "I don't remember eating a sexy beast" is probably my favorite hahah
ReplyDeleteNo hate, I love dogs too!!! When I go to people's houses with dogs, I usually ignore the people and hang out with the doggies :) We want to get dogs someday.
