Once I fall asleep I'm fine, but it just takes me hours to fall asleep and then I usually wake up early in a complete panic. It's a horrible feeling and I hope it stops soon! It is so key. I don't keep track of my pace for each 400 (I guess I should) but I glance down once in awhile. When I start, I'm below a 6 min mile.
