Maybe Santa can get me a nice pair. :) That is interesting what the nurse said to you- especially because 25 degrees isn't even that cold!Meg Go Runhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11707890742715926971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-15069386185482884822013-12-04T22:48:26.126-05:002013-12-04T22:48:26.126-05:00(stupid iPhone deleted my first comment... ug)
I L...(stupid iPhone deleted my first comment... ug)
I LOVE the cold! but you could have guessed that from my blog title...

A nurse told me recently that if you're out exercising in cold temps often, you should wear something over your nose and mouth. Too much cold air stresses the lungs. She saw me running the other day when it was 25 out and wasn't going to let me get away without telling me that. Sounds like a hassle, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Ditto on the gloves, though - I want to look into XC ski gloves to see if they're better at wicking sweat. Craft and Swix are good brands, and XC ski gloves tend to almost be a softshell type material that should block wind a little better.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-66653201277561711512013-12-04T21:46:43.098-05:002013-12-04T21:46:43.098-05:0040 is like the PERFECT temp to run. :) You're ...40 is like the PERFECT temp to run. :) You're right, there are some cute warm weather running clothes.Meg Go Runhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11707890742715926971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-31823093432136126192013-12-04T21:25:20.956-05:002013-12-04T21:25:20.956-05:00I've never had to run in anything colder than ...I've never had to run in anything colder than 40, but the running clothes for cold weather are SO cute!Ali K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15736472530374069410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-27386787688737752042013-12-04T20:59:22.947-05:002013-12-04T20:59:22.947-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Gutsy Gurlshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03908937862289156627noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-63839895690775668572013-12-04T11:52:28.862-05:002013-12-04T11:52:28.862-05:00Omg, you must be a pro in the cold!
