So if it took me 3 minutes for my 800, I will wal/jog for 1.5-2.5 minutes for recovery and then begin again. I cool down for 2-3 miles after. I cry, whine, and suck a lot of wind. It's not pretty, but I love me some 800s!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-23235399871194534752015-11-01T19:42:19.290-05:002015-11-01T19:42:19.290-05:00Tuesday I think I have a post scheduled about it. ...Tuesday I think I have a post scheduled about it. :)Meg Go Runhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11707890742715926971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-2961392096268811042015-11-01T19:41:51.952-05:002015-11-01T19:41:51.952-05:00Thanks for the info! :)Thanks for the info! :)Meg Go Runhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11707890742715926971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-86321305616606451572015-11-01T19:41:32.569-05:002015-11-01T19:41:32.569-05:00How long do you recover in between your mile repea...How long do you recover in between your mile repeats?Meg Go Runhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11707890742715926971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-5389262365852976332015-11-01T18:05:31.275-05:002015-11-01T18:05:31.275-05:00Awesome job! I'd drive to a parking lot near a paved section of my running trail and just give er'! It was always the hottest day of the week when I had speedwork. But man I felt so good when I was done!
