I love looking at old pictures and you were such a cute kid! :)

I used to hide behind my (twin) sister when I was in elementary school so my teacher was constantly trying to get me to do things on my own LOL (and look where I am now - 6000 miles away from home, all on my own ;))Sanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10196296268895103846noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-72153126085774110652018-07-30T17:52:53.631-04:002018-07-30T17:52:53.631-04:00OMG that is horrible! Pretty crazy because I would get fired now if I simply hung a paddle in my room! Not that I would want to paddle anyone. That just seems so violent!!! I was a little young when Unsolved Mysteries was out, but I did watch it at a sleepover once and was too scared to fall asleep then!Meg Go Runhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11707890742715926971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-60219012683035673412018-07-26T16:03:34.241-04:002018-07-26T16:03:34.241-04:00Not finishing the book WAS an awful punishment. I want to see more!

This is so funny cus when I was in third grade I had a similar experience. We had just got a new girl this year. I remember she was a foster kid and wasn't there very long (not that it matter but just a detail I remember). Well anyway, for a few weeks things would go missing in my best friend's desk. The new girl kept blaming it on me and low and behold her items WOULD be in My desk. This new girl kept framing me and I know my BFF was not believing me. I don't remember how I knew it was the new girl doing it, but I did. Funny the the things we remember after all these years!Fairytales and Fitnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11771224209536216240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-35511099261035811152018-07-26T10:08:51.767-04:002018-07-26T10:08:51.767-04:00I love the retro pics! And yes, our teachers did have paddles, but I think it was more of a scare thing. I don't remember any teachers paddling anyone but sometimes they would pull it out of the closet and show it to everyone. Now I feel extremely old because that would never fly today.

I loved Rescue 911 as well as Unsolved Mysteries. Did you ever watch that one?Amy Lauren Scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02565049872858950707noreply@blogger.com
