I very much hate being forced to read something. Even now, if I get a book out of the library and I don't like it, I will stop reading it. I never feel like I have to finish it or anything like that.Meg Go Runhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11707890742715926971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-3384182720281859642018-01-21T21:15:11.316-05:002018-01-21T21:15:11.316-05:00I never read many of these books. By high school I was kinda over reading unless it was for school... funny how school does that to you, makes you hate reading! To Kill A Mockingbird was probably my favorite book we read IN school, though. Remember Me was probably my fave, but I liked them all! It's so weird to see the covers of the books and have vivid memories of holding the books and reading them but having zero recollection of what the actual stories were about! That's all I remember lol! But I think of that book often and wish I could find it again.Ali K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/15736472530374069410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6003023702428993428.post-11553265064121472722018-01-21T10:14:27.404-05:002018-01-21T10:14:27.404-05:00I had to google who Carly Beth was! They never talked about them but I would see their books when we were at lunch.
I never read Goosebumps either but when I was in HS I made a sculpture of a head and painted it and Everyone said it looked like Carly Beth!
I actually think I should read a SVH book. Looks like an easy read. The only book from your list I read was Catcher in the Rye, and that was for school.

I read LOTR, a lot. In fact, that's a recurring theme -- back then we didn't have all the books at our fingertips! Ludlum. The Thorn Birds. Maeve Binchy. A lot of Victoria Holt. Leon Uris -- for pleasure, and for school, I actually did an author's report on him in HS.Judy @ Chocolaterunsjudyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14096124660145481881noreply@blogger.com
